To fish in the preserve it is essential to have the corresponding fishing permit as well as the valid Community of Madrid fishing license and ID.
Permits are issued daily, starting at 7:00 in the morning, at the headquarters of the preserve located in the EL CABALLERO DE OLMEDO Restaurant: C / San Roque, 37. 28440 GUADARRAMA (918543948).
The price of the permits is as follows:

SM (no death (catch and release):
Fishing is only allowed with a single hook and fly. Hooks devoid of harpoons.
CM (with death):
Permitted the capture for consumption of 4 specimens of rainbow trout. It will not be possible to continue fishing once the quota has been achieved.
The non-business day for fishing is Tuesday, except for those that are holidays in the Community of Madrid and Wednesdays, you can only fish without death.
Deathless permits are valid for fishing throughout the preserve. Death permits are only valid for fishing in the death segment exclusively.
